President of Pentair Enclosures Group Europe joins Board of Nallatech

5th June 2001 - Ken Lewandowski, 49, President of Pentair Enclosures Group Europe, has been appointed Chairman of Nallatech, the leading software-defined systems company, headquartered in Cumbernauld in Scotland’s Silicon Glen.

Mr Lewandowski has held a number of senior positions within the electronics industry including Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Avex Electronics in Huntsville, Alabama, USA. In 1998, following the acquisition by Pentair of his Walker Dickson group of companies, he became President of Pentair Enclosures Group Europe.

According to Allan Cantle, newly appointed CEO of Nallatech, “ we are delighted to have Ken on board with us. His technical understanding combined with the breadth of his business experience will be a tremendous asset to Nallatech as we continue our rapid growth in the global marketplace.”
